Our bread comes from Our Daily Bread bakery in Chatham, NY. We usually have the Rustic Italian, Whole Wheat, Millet-Sunflower, and Gluten-Free Seedy loaves.

We use eggs from Feather Ridge Farm in Elizaville, NY. They are use no antibiotics, hormones, or byproducts, and are delicious.

Our cheese is the one ingredient we use in our sandwiches that comes from further than 50 miles away. We use Cabot, which is a cooperative of 1,200 dairy farm families located throughout upstate New York and New England.

Our sausage is made in-house with ground pork from Meili Farm in Amenia, NY. Their farm is Animal Welfare Approved and their hogs are fed a mix of farm-milled feed, vegetables, hay and whey from two local cheesemakers. The corn used in their feed is non-GMO and is grown by them right on the farm. Their hogs receive no antibiotics or growth hormones.

Our bacon comes from Nodine’s Smokehouse, a family-owned smokehouse in Torrington, CT.

Ah, the pesto. One of our favorite ingredients. Oliva Lacinata Kale Pesto is hand made gourmet pesto made with love and organic locally grown ingredients right down the road at the Philmont Pub.

We use sautéed Red Giant Mustard Greens on our sandwiches (if greens were ordered, that is). They come from Lineage Farm, a Biodynamic CSA farm out of Hudson, NY.

Tierra Farms Nicaraguan. This bean, shade grown on the hills in Nicaragua, has been hand picked for Tierra Farm’s darkest roast, the espresso roast.  This dark rich roast makes these choice beans versatile enough to make a fine espresso or just a regular cup of dark bold flavor that is sure to satisfy any coffee lover.  Certified Organic and Fair Trade. This coffee is a dark espresso roast.

We offer a variety of great Harney and Sons teas such as Genmaicha Green Tea, Peppermint, English Breakfast, and others. In the summer we do ice teas and ice tea coolers (with lemonade).
